1/4 | cup | fresh thyme, chopped | |

1 | tablespoon | crushed red pepper, optional | |

1/4 | cup | olive oil | |

freshly ground black pepper | |||

2 | pounds | chicken wings | |
|
Combine garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme, crushed red pepper, oil, salt and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken wings, seal bag, and toss to coat wings in herb mixture. Marinate the chicken wings for one hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove wings from marinade and place on grill. Grill wings covered, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes. Wings are done when slightly brown and crisp.
